Members Log-in
Logging-in Guide
If you're having problems logging-in to our members' area, hopefully our Log-in Guide
will help. You need to have Individual or Overseas membership with the UK SMWS
branch to log-in (additional cardholders can log-in to their own accounts too). For the
moment, Good Company members will not be able to access the members area (so please
give us a call if you would like to ask us something).
Members' Log-in (found on the left navigation bar on any page)
First-up, enter your membership number in the first field
Membership Number:
• Please drop the prefix (UK, JT or OV)
• If your membership number is a SIX digit number please replace the prefix with double zeros (e.g 00700562)
Next, enter your password in the second field
Password:
• This will be your postcode, please enter in capital letters and without spaces (e.g EH66BZ)
• If you JOINED ONLINE this will be the password you gave us at the time of joining
Forgotten your password? Enter your membership number (see above) and click on 'I have forgotten my password', we will email you a new password (did you give us your email address?). If you don't receive an email please call us and we'll be happy to reset and get you logged-on. Call us on 0131 555 2929 Mon-Fri, 9am-4.45pm
**Once you have logged-in to the members area you can change your password in 'My Profile' at anytime. While you're there could you check the email address we have for you? All our order confirmations, tickets and promotional vouchers are sent by email (not to mention new passwords for logging-in).
