Members Log-in
Logging-in Guide
If you're having problems logging-in to our members' area, hopefully our Log-in Guide
will help. You need to have Individual or Overseas membership with the UK SMWS
branch to log-in (additional cardholders can log-in to their own accounts too). For the
moment, Good Company members will not be able to access the members area (so please
give us a call if you would like to ask us something).
Members' Log-in (found on the left navigation bar on any page)
First-up, enter your membership number in the first field
• This will be five or six digits long. Please use the numbers only i.e. ‘123456’, there is no need to add '00', UNLESS....
• If your membership number is greater than ‘500000’ (or you are experiencing problems logging-in) please try adding double zero '00' before entering your membership number.
Next, enter your password in the second field
• This should be the password you gave us. If you are logging-in for the first time this is your postcode (Please type it UPPERCASE. And without any spacing i.e. ‘AB12CD’, but your own postcode of course!)
Once you have logged-in to the members area you can change your password in 'My Profile' at anytime. While you're there could you check the email address we have for you? All our order confirmations, tickets and promotional vouchers are sent by email (not to mention new passwords for logging-in).

Forgotten your password?
If you've already given us your password and you've forgotten it or you've logged-in to our website, changed your password in 'My Profile' and it's slipped your mind what you've changed it to, we can email you a new one. To do this of course, we need your email please don't be tempted to request a new one if we don't have it. This will only reset your password and an email sent out into cyberspace.

• Simply enter your membership number below, click submit and a new password will be emailed to you
