Speyside (Lossie) founded 1821 - first Society bottling in 1987Named after the estate upon which it was built in 1821, the original buildings were replaced in 1874. Until the early 1960s the machinery here was driven by a water-wheel, and when the stills were replaced at that time, every dent was faithfully copied and even the cobwebs were replaced. A very pretty distillery, its malt is rated Top Class.
