The Scotch Malt Whisky Society is celebrating its 30th Pearl Anniversary and, with the native oyster season staring in September, what better way to celebrate than exploring the maritime delights of whisky and oysters.

At The Pearl Dram whisky and oyster bar discover some of our single cask whiskies and how their flavours pair with different varieties of native and rock oysters, shucked by our oyster mixologist experts,
The Mother Shuckers. Like our whiskies, each with their own unique array of flavours and characteristics, each oyster variety has a distinctive nose, body and taste.
