Help and How to Order
Please note that you can apply for membership on-line. You must be a member if you want to place an order and we can only deliver orders to a UK address.
Please have the following to hand when placing an order:
- Your full postal address, including post code.
- Your e-mail address and a daytime phone number, so that we can contact you if there are any questions about your order.
- Payment details – Credit Card or Switch number.
- All of our products are delivered by courier. Please supply a daytime delivery address where your order can be signed for; e.g., an office address, if you are not going to be at home, or details of a safe place where your delivery may be left if there is no one available to sign for it; e.g., in a greenhouse, by a back door, with a neighbour, etc.
- If you are placing an order for a gift, please let us know and provide wording for a personal gift card message if you wish.
- If you require a specific delivery date, please let us know and we will do our best to achieve it.
- If you are ordering a membership and have been referred by a Society member then please have their membership number and name to hand as they will qualify for a £10 voucher.
Your shopping basket works in the same way as it would in a supermarket. You can add any item to your basket by clicking the 'add to basket' button shown next to each product. Adding an item to your basket does not mean that you have to buy it, the shopping basket can be used as a way of keeping track of the products you might be interested in purchasing. Items can be removed from the basket at any point.
You can view the contents of your basket by clicking on the 'view' button of the basket summary in the top right corner of each page. Within the shopping basket page, you can change the quantity or remove any item from your basket. If you've completed your shopping and would like to purchase the items in your basket, click the 'Proceed to delivery and payment details' button in the shopping basket page.
If you are not yet a member of the Society, you'll be asked to join at this time.
