Chocolate indulgence dinner.
James Freeman provides a four course chocolate menu using the worlds finest chocolate. Ever tried Baked wild halibut with a Venezualan coco nib crust and mushroom fricassee, Pan fried Foie gras with a chocolate orange jus and a main course of Roast venison with a dark chocolate jus? Is this even possible? What ever the menu turns out to be we will ensure it is magnificent. Nadia Ellingham of Thinking Chocolate and creator of Haggis flavoured truffles amongst many others, will join us on the night to part with her expertise on everything Chocolate.
