TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROOM BOOKING

Bookings made within 14 days of the event: We will require a 50% deposit for any booking less than 14 days and the full amount to be paid, along with final confirmation of number, 3 days prior to the event.

Bookings made within 3 days of the event: A provisional booking can be held for 24 hours only, full payment and final numbers are required on confirmation of the booking.
