The Food

Like nothing else. The exquisitely crafted combinations are created by chef James Freeman who believes that the simple secret of fine dining is the quality of the raw ingredients.

His carefully sourced seasonal produce inspires an excellent selection of dishes, where everything is freshly made. Exceptional Scottish cuisine with a contemporary French influence.

The Spirit

Good food, good drink, good company. The Society's passion for the very best single cask malts can be seen and felt in everything the Society does. So, not surprisingly, the Society takes as much care over its extensive wine list as it does over its unrivalled range of exclusive single malt, cask strength whiskies. And, as you would expect, an appropriate single cask dram can be enjoyed before, during or after a meal.
