STAY OVER AT THE VAULTS
One of the benefits of Society membership is that - providing you've planned well enough ahead - you can make your visit to Edinburgh memorable, by staying over at the Society's flats.
Use The Vaults as the ideal base for a city break in one of Europe's most attractive and historic cities. All flats are well-appointed with self-catering facilities and modest nightly rates for members. We do, however, recommend booking well in advance of your stay.
There are three Society flats
Each flat has central heating, a television with built in DVD, CD player, fridge, cooker, microwave, iron and parking space*.
Nightly Rates
- Ardbeg and Springbank: Mon-Thu: £120, Fri-Sun: £150
- Linkwood: Mon-Fri: £86, Fri-Sun: £130
Prices are a flat rental rate per night (not a per person basis) and include fresh breakfast foods such as cereals, milk, fruit juice, eggs, bacon, tea and coffee, bread, butter and jam.
Dining at the Society
Why not complete your perfect stay by joining us for lunch or dinner (or both if it takes your fancy). The Society's Members' Rooms in Leith and 28 Queen Street provide the perfect setting for a relaxed and informal bite to eat. Or for something a little bit more special, dine within the beautiful setting of The Dining Room, the Society’s restaurant at 28 Queen Street. Please note: Full payment is required in advance to confirm a booking. Refunds, less £25 booking fee, are only available up to 21 days prior to your stay.
*Private parking is restricted to one space per flat. Permits are available on request and should be displayed on your windscreen. Free on-street parking is also available.
How to find The Vaults
There are several buses which will take you down Leith Walk from Edinburgh city centre including: 10, 14, 16, 22, 25. A taxi rank can be found at the foot of Leith Walk just a few minutes walk from The Vaults.
