Starters

  • Whisky pâté with brown bread
  • Whisky noodles with smoked salmon
  • Lobster and asparagus salad in a whisky butter sauce

Main Courses

  • Chicken fillets marinated in whisky liqueur
  • Breast of pigeon with pearl barley and whisky game sauce
  • Seared salmon or veal with green peppercorns and a whisky dash
  • Breast of duck with a soy, honey and whisky marinade
 

Puddings

  • Pears with whisky fudge sauce
  • Whisky and honey parfait with walnuts
  • Warm Dundee cake soaked in a whisky and orange syrup

Cheese

  • A selection of cheeses from Iain Mellis with oatcakes

Coffee and whisky tablet

 

The chef will select seasonal potatoes and vegetables to complement your main course.
