Mouth-nummmb-ing Twitter Tastings
Whisky aroma will be winging its way across cyberspace on Wednesday, 30 September at 7.00 pm, with participants tasting four single cask, single malts in all: Highland Island, 4.131 An Artists’ Retreat; Speyside Spey, 37.41 Mouth-nummmb-ing, another Highland Island, 121.30 Crispy aromatic duck and Waldorf salad and Islay 10.68 Blackpool rock in an ashtray.

Whisky Award News: Society Gospel
The Society has earned two awards in the latest edition of Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible.77.17 Summertime and Vanilla is Easy won Scotch Single Malt 10 Years or Under (Single cask) and 116.14 Lost in Translation won Japanese Whisky of the Year The Whisky Bible 2010, which includes ratings of more than 3,850 whiskies, is out on 5 October (£10.99).
