Go Dutch at Jenever Tasting

If Scotland and whisky go together, so too do the Netherlands and jenever. The traditional liquor of the Netherlands (and Belgium and Northern France) is believed to have been invented by a Dutch chemist and first sold as a medicine in the late 16th century.

Celebrate this Burns Night in Society-style

There will be a variety of Burns nights taking place across our venues in January.On 25 January, The Vaults will host a traditional Burns’ night with dramatic recitals and performances from The Edinburgh Theatre Arts group. Guests will enjoy a fabulous three-course Burns supper and a few drams of course. Dress is black tie.

St Partrick's Day Tasting

Our Members’ Rooms at 28 Queen Street became a little corner of India for a Bollywood night in September – next up, it will go green to mark its first-ever St Patrick’s Day event.

A Perfect Match

Rugby fans take note – The Vaults will host a brunch on 7 February, ahead of Scotland’s game against France. Lunch with a French twist will also be available at 28 Queen Street. On 13 March, The Vaults will host a five-dram tasting and lunch before the match against England.

Love will be in the air at our three UK venues to celebrate Valentine’s Day in February. Be daring and adventurous with ‘Love is Blind’, a private blindfolded tasting affair for couples with a passion for whisky and one another!
