Society members came together with members of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh in the summer, to celebrate their mutual love of all things oak.Annabel Meikle, venue manager at The Vaults in Leith, and Steve Scott, senior horticulturist at the Royal Botanic Garden (and also a part-time barman at The Vaults), presided over the unique tasting.
