How do I log-in on the website?

To log-in you need to be a member of the Society in the UK.

Enter your membership number
•    This will be five or six digits long. Please use the numbers only i.e. ‘123456’.
•    If your membership number is greater than ‘500000’ (or you are experiencing problems logging-in) please try adding double zero '00' before entering your membership number.

Then enter your password
•    Which is your postcode.
•    Please type it in UPPERCASE.
•    And without any spacing i.e. ‘AB12CD’

Once you’re through, you can change your password (and your details) in ‘My Profile’.  Please also give us an email, order confirmations and Society offers are all communicated by email.

If all else fails – or you would simply prefer to speak to a ‘real person’ – please call the Mail Order team on 0131 555 2929 Mon-Fri, 9am-4.45pm.

Can I send a bottle to a friend?

Yes, if they live in the UK.

Can I buy more than one bottle?

Yes of course, you can buy as many as you like!!

Can I have the bottle / membership sent to my work?

Yes, we prefer to do that as the parcel comes by courier.

What happens if my purchase is sent back to you?

You will have to pay for a re-delivery.

Can I order several bottles and have them sent to different addresses?

No, not at the moment

Can I order if I'm not a member?

No, our whisky is only for members.

How long will my purchase take to reach me?

It may take anything from the next day to a couple of weeks depending on stock.

What will the courier do if I'm not at home?

The courier will leave the parcel in a * safe place if your request this option. Failing that they will take it away leave a card and try to deliver the next day

*A Safe Place to Leave Your Parcel
All orders £100 or over must be signed for and cannot be left in a safe place, please provide full address details. If you request that we leave your parcel is in a safe place because there won't be anybody available to sign for, please be aware that this will be done on the understanding that it is at your own risk.

I have forgotten my membership number can I order?

Please write your membership number down in a secure place so you don't forget it.

Why can't I find the bottle I bought in 1989 on the website?

Due to the nature of our whisky each bottling has only a limited number of bottles in the out turn average of 250.

Can I send a bottle abroad?

No, this is not possible.

Can I have a Saturday delivery, as my work will not accept the deliveries?

Yes, however, there is a Saturday delivery charge.

Can I have a bottle / membership delivered to me today?

No, this is not possible.
